Come join us for Newman Friday Night Ministry and encountering the homeless in downtown Philadelphia! 

We would love to have up to 20 people join us on street ministry. We will meet you at the Newman Center of St. Agatha-St. James at 3728 Chestnut St. Philadelphia, PA 19104 for a brief training at 6pm. If you are not a Newman student or parishioner at St. Agatha-St. James but are interested in joining Christ in the City for ministry, please email volunteerphilly@christinthecity.org

What this will look like:

• Groups led by missionaries will go to Center City. 
• Groups will do street ministry, which involves approaching the homeless, introducing yourself, and building a relationship with that person. 
• Following street ministry, there will be a debrief session with the missionaries at the Newman Center
